These Terms govern your use of Oath, an iOS app by Streamvisor GmbH that helps you limit distracting apps and websites using Apple's Screen Time tools. By using Oath, you agree to these Terms.
Using Oath
Oath requires Apple's Screen Time permissions to select apps, view usage, and apply blocks. You are responsible for choosing your own limits, keeping your device settings accurate, and deciding whether Oath is right for you.
Oath is designed as a self-control tool. We do not guarantee that it will prevent every distraction, block every app in every situation, or produce any specific health, productivity, or lifestyle result.
Subscriptions
Some Oath features may require a paid subscription. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through your App Store account.Subscription terms, prices, free trials, renewal timing, and cancellation options are shown in the app and in the App Store purchase flow. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Oath, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass paid features, reverse engineer the app except where legally allowed, or use Oath in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit Oath without our written permission.
Availability And Changes
Oath may change over time. We may update, remove, or limit features, including blocking, analytics, subscriptions, and supported platforms.
We may suspend or stop providing Oath if required for security, legal, technical, or business reasons.
Disclaimer
Oath is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Streamvisor GmbH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of use.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms as Oath changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.
